Returns and Exchange Policy


What is your refund and exchange policy?

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any custom purchases. If there is something wrong with your custom order or you are not satisfied with the piece, we are more than happy to fix whatever mistake was made and send it back. 

For all other products, we have a 30 day return or exchange policy. All orders must be shipped back unworn and in their original packaging. We will provide a return label upon request and a flat rate of $5 will be retracted from your refund as a restocking fee. You can email us at with your order number and full name for more information.

Please allow for up to 14 business days upon the delivery of your return for your return to be processed by our team.


I've worn my OSC product now for a few months, but it just broke.  What should I do? 

No worries! We have a 365 day guarantee on all pieces of jewelry we sell. If a chain breaks or earring tarnishes, please reach out to us at and we will gladly repair or replace it for you at no additional cost. We believe all our jewelry is made to be worn!
