Processing and Shipping Times

Thank you for shopping with us during the holiday season! Because each piece of jewelry we sell is handcrafted and custom, please allow for 3 to 5 business days in “creation” and processing time before your order is shipped out.

Unfortunately, due to shipping delays around the holidays, we cannot guarantee any packages will be delivered on a specific date. 

First Class: 3-5 Business Days - $5

Priority: 2-3 Business Days - $10.99

Overnight: 1-2 Business Days - $35.99

 

Processing and Shipping Times

Because each piece of jewelry we sell is handcrafted and custom, please allow for 3 to 4 business days in “creation” and processing time before your order is shipped out. 

(During Holiday, Launches, and Sales please allow for 4 to 7 business days for your order to ship.)

Our Spare Change guarantees the delivery of your order, but does not hold responsibility for any shipping delays by USPS or lost packages due to mistyped addresses. 

Sometimes USPS can experience a high number of frustrating delays, especially in transit times. As stated on our website when choosing a shipping option, Our Spare Change unfortunately has no control over USPS delays once the package leaves our HQ. Please reach out directly to USPS to see if they can update you on any delayed items, and if for any reason these items do not arrive in the next few days, please let us know at support@oursparechange.com.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International shipments are subject to many possible delays. Customer is responsible for any Local/international charges (sales tax, customs duty).


Returns/Exchanges

After receiving your order from Our Spare Change, we allow 30 days for a return or exchange. The customer will be responsible for shipping the product back to us at their convenience and on their desired shipping service. We do not provide return labels for any return or exchange and all orders must be shipped back unworn and in their original packaging. 

If your Our Spare Change product arrived broken or you are not fully satisfied with your purchase please refer to our product guarantee below. 

To initiate a return or exchange, please email support@oursparechange.com with your order number and full name for further instructions. If you can’t find your order number, you can find it on your confirmation email. If you do not hear back from our team within 48 business hours, please be sure to check a junk folder as sometimes our responses can go straight to a junk folder.

CUSTOM PURCHASES: Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any custom purchases. If there is something wrong with your custom order or you are not satisfied with the piece, please email support@oursparechange.com for further assistance.

Please allow for up to 14 business days upon the delivery of your return for your return to be processed by our team.

Our Spare Change believes in handcrafting quality and long lasting products. We have a 365 day guarantee on all pieces of jewelry we sell. Before purchasing, please return to our Meet Our Metals page for a reference on the type of material you are purchasing to avoid confusion on its aging properties.
