*For groups up to 3 they are 30 minute time slots. Groups over 3 will be 1 hr so that we can adequately serve you. For parties over 10 please email us at caty@oursparechange.com.

What Material are your Permanent Jewelry chains?

• We only offer 14k Gold Filled Chains. See more about our materials here. Short Story - They won’t tarnish! YAY!!

• Appointments are encouraged due to limited availability but walk-ins are totally welcome and we will do our best to accommodate you.

• We require you to be over 18+ or be accompanied by an adult if younger than 18.

• If you aren’t quite ready to make it permanent, we can always custom size a bracelet for you and add a clasp on it so you can take it off. If at any time you want to make it permanent, we can zapp it on you with a permanent jewelry charge. 

• Yes!! We offer Permanent Bracelets, Anklets, and Necklaces!

• See all of our customized products that we offer here. Note that our stock might be different in store so make sure you jot down if you really want something in the notes. 

• Appointments are encouraged due to limited availability but walk-ins are totally welcome and we will do our best to accommodate you.

• Yes! We love doing large parties. Just make sure to email us before so we can make sure we have the staff and inventory for you available upon your arrival?
