Can you help me track it?
Your tracking number is written into a shipping confirmation email that is sent when each piece of jewelry is shipped. On occasion packages get lost in the mail. If you ordered a piece a jewelry and you think it should have arrived by now, please email us at support@oursparechange.com with your name and order number and we’ll be more than happy to help you get it taken care of.
How long does it take to receive my jewelry once ordered?
Because each piece of jewelry we sell is handcrafted and custom, please allow for 3 to 4 business days in “creation” and processing time before your order is shipped out.
(During Holiday, Launches, and Sales please allow for 4 to 7 business days for your order to ship.)
What is your refund and exchange policy?
We allow 30 days for a return or exchange (from date ordered). All custom purchases included charm products are only eligible for a return in the form of store credit. The customer will be responsible for shipping the product back to us at their convenience and on their desired shipping service. We do not provide return labels for any return or exchange and all orders must be shipped back unworn and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email support@oursparechange.com with your order number and full name for further instructions. If you can’t find your order number, you can find it on your confirmation email. If you do not hear back from our team within 48 business hours, please be sure to check a junk folder as sometimes our responses can go straight to a junk folder.
CUSTOM PURCHASES: Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any custom purchases including all charm pieces, as each is handcrafted by our team. These purchases are only eligable for store credit. If there is something wrong with your custom order or you are not satisfied with the piece, please email support@oursparechange.com for further assistance.
Please allow for up to 14 business days upon the delivery of your return for your return to be processed by our team.
I've worn my OSC product now for a few months, but it just broke. What should I do?

Our Spare Change believes in handcrafting quality and long lasting products. We have a 365 day guarantee on all pieces of jewelry we sell. All of our jewelry is handcrafted in San Clemente, CA by talented and hardworking artisans.
Can I write anything on a custom order?
Almost everything! We can create anything custom for you up to the max amount of characters offered for each product, though we do not allow for profanity. If you write something profane on a form, we will send you an email asking for alternate text.
